Sneak peek day two for Wags 'n Whiskers!

Happy Saturday everyone! Today is day two for sneak peeks over at Wags 'n Whiskers! The new release are of gorgeous Pin Ups!!! And I think they make the most fun cards for guys for Valentine's Day which is right around the corner! For todays card, I am featuring the beautiful new Pin Up called Magali.  She's colored with Copic markers and then cut out with Nesties.

The various hearts are cut out with heart shaped Nesties and edged with some Chestnut Roan chalk ink, and all the panels are machine stitched. The little tag peaking out from behing the image panel was made using a Mangolia Doohickey die. And of course that beautiful ribbon is 100% silk from May Arts. You can find all the gorgeous colors in stock over at Stamp and Create.  Please be sure to visit the Wags 'n Whiskers challenge blog to check out the rest of the gorgeous designs by the design team! Thanks for stopping by to see met today, and hope to see you back on Monday for the Wags 'n Whiskers blog hop to celebrate the new release of these gorgeous Pin Ups! Until then, enjoy your weekend! Hugs!

Wags 'n Whiskers - make your own flowers!

Happy Friday everyone! WOOHOO!!! And that means it's time for a new Wags 'n Whiskers challenge. This challenge is brought to us by the amazing Michele Roos, and she asked us to make our own flowers. I chose to use this adorable stamp called Gemma and Bella's Spring Fun. Aren't they just the cutest?! They're colored with Copic markers. Now I don't know if you know Michele, but she makes the most amazing flowers EVER! In fact, she is single handedly responsible for me buying three or four different sets of Nestabilities to try and make my own flowers. Needless to say, I'm still buying flowers! LOL! But I did dig out my blossom Nesties and used them to make the big flower. For the daisies, I used my Cricut.

Please be sure and pop over to Wags 'n Whiskers to see the gorgeous cards made by the rest of the design team. They really rocked this challenge! Then we'd love it if you'd join in on the challenge and create your own flowers for your project. And be sure and use a Wags 'n Whiskers image if you want a chance to win a new stamp! Thanks for stopping by to visit me today, and hope to see you back again soon!

Wags 'n Whiskers - inspirational challenge

Happy Friday!!! YAY!!! It's time for a new Wags 'n Whiskers challenge! This week, the challenge was issued by the one and only Crissy Armstrong. I'm sure you're familiar with Crissy's work, even if you don't know it. LOL! She's an artist for several lines of stamps, including Wags 'n Whiskers!! Dang, this girl has some TALENT with a capital T!! Crissy's challenge is this: Be inspired! Use someone else's creation to inspire you! Give them credit for the inspiration and link us back to their project! Well, I was blog hopping the other day and came across a card with a layout I really loved! So I let it inspire me for this card. Please click HERE to see the card by Irina Blount.

Please be sure and visit the Wags 'n Whiskers blog to see the gorgeous creations from the rest of the fabulously talented Diva's, then use one of your Wags 'n Whiskers stamps to play along with the challenge for a chance to win!
